Help - how can I get my account reinstated??

I paid for my membership of SMOC some time back. When the Forum went belly-up, my details were lost like everyone else's.

Since then I've sent repeated emails and PMs, and had no response to any of them. Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to get my membership - and Forum username ("Dodge") reinstated?
