great thing about this mount is that if you dont use the sticky pad things you can put and take off the mount if and when you want without damage to the dash..

I have used Brodit they are very good !! I use mine for a Sat Nav with a mini move clip !!

*edit*...i was being lazy..just googled and found out what it is..looks good mind...

You put a clip on the brodit mount and one on your device holder and you can then just slide it on and off your brodit mount or transfer to another car !! works really well for sat navs

Always use Brodit in my Smax. One for Nokia N85 in the centre console and one for TomTom in the corner of the dashboard. Rock solid and very well made.

indeed mark, mines solid even with out using the sticky pads.....
