How do you get access to the full membership? I don't have this paypal and cannot see another option.

As far as im aware, PayPal will allow you to pay via debit card or credit card etc. You dont need a Paypal account to make a payment to someone via PayPay.

Thanks guys. I tried the paypal button and as TDCI says, there is an option on paying by credit card so I am now a fully paid up newbie member!
