gutted I missed out on some not far from me and they went for £220 ish with 4 good tyres...and cos only about 30 miles no delivery...but I was at my sons swimming lessons and missed out as there was no wireless to piggy back from my i-touch. now seeing these makes me feels even worse for missing out on the others as the others were a very very good price.:l:
scarey, just out of interest, how much do you reckon a tyre fitter would charge to put one of them used tyres on an 18" wheel?
would I be better going to the stealers or quickfit etc?

I would go to a tyre place. I would suspect about £10 a wheel.

And if you bought the used pair I might be interested in one of them (if you don't want 2).
However he does not specify if they are "Extra Load".

depends where you go z....if you talk nicely to an independent tyre dealer, they would probably charge ''a drink'', thats what we used to do...a national company like ats/kwik fit would charge about £10 per wheel (like jim said)..
Anyone one 1 or 2 for spares/replacement?
Fancy forming a consortium?

hmmm...thanks scarey
With regards to the tyres, the seller said "They are 98W which means Extra Load".
I have corrected him. :grinning:
Additional response from the seller:
"Your choice, 98W is the load index for the tyre 98W Load Index 98 = 1653lbs (750kg) per tyre. "
So these tyres are NOT extra load and NOT suitable for an S-Max.
