I've got an Aluminium camping type trailer (like Halfords) approx 5 feet by 4 feet (maybe a bit less), with jockey wheel in really nice condition. only a couple of years old and not had much use, been kept in a dry garage.

cost over £400 in Halfords will sell for £250
