View Full Version : Titanium 17" Alloys

I have just purchased 4 x 18" wheels, so my 17s are now (or will be soon!) for sale.

2 have 5mm tread - one of these has a small kerb mark (about 1" long). 2 have about 2mm (I believe they are just about legal).

Once I have them off the car I shall clean them and post some pictures.

Anyone interested in purchasing them? I am happy to sell them indivually, so if you want a spare or replacement let me know.

Not sure how much yet. Make me an offer.

Jim.

Hello, yes - I bought the ebay ones.

Really not sure on price. I believe they are about £150 each without a tyre. The tyres are about £125 new. So working from there, lets say:

£60 each for the ones with 2mm of tread no scratches - SOLD
£80 for the 5mm tread with small scratch
£100 for the 5mm tread no scratch

Any thoughts - does this sound about right?

Well i knew i wasnt far off the mark. Deleted the item out of my watching folder :D so couldnt remeber exactly

The kerbed ones didnt look that bad tbh, although 2 needed new tyres also.

Good luck shifting them anyway :D

The 2 with low tread are, in principle, sold.

So this leaves:

£80 for the 5mm tread with small scratch
£100 for the 5mm tread no scratch

This one has 5mm of tread. The rim has a couple of marks and a light "circular scratch" in the middle - obviously caused by a clumsy tyre fitter - I had not noticed until I cleaned it. No kerb marks.

£100 or near offer. Can deliver to South Bucks or anywhere close to the M25.
