Order placed for smax titanium x sport

Hi All ,Just ordered a Smax and hopefully picking it up next weekend.
Ordered a titanium x sport ecoboost in hypnotic silver
wanted a panther black one and ''secured'' one according to the dealer but then ford withdrew it saying it had been commandeered by the military so the only one left in the country that i could find was in hypnotic silver unless i wanted to place a factory order and the 12 to 16 week order time.
unfortunately the waiting time wasn't a option in this case as car is needed for holiday in august
I will post some pictures up as soon as the car arrives
Looking forward to becoming a active member of the forum, used to own a Subaru impreza and was heavily involved with three Subaru clubs organising display stands at the likes of tatton park and rolling road days etc .

I think you did well to pick one up so quickly, they are appearing on the roads now, but most seem to be factory orders. Hope the colour 'change' wasn't too much of an issue. And finally, youre right, we would love some pictures when it arrives!

Wasn't aware there was a war on - Sounds suspicious to me, esp as it was "secured" maybe it got damaged?
