Still waiting

Had a text from Chris Knott regarding my insurance renewal and replied as per the text for them to call me. Still waiting a week later. Is this the normal level of service?

Every year I'll tart around looking for the best deal on the internet, but if a company sends me an offer and I reply wanting more information and they don't bother calling me then I'm afraid they loose the chance of doing business.

They were way off the mark when they quoted me,then again I am an old git and wanted things like eu cover whenever I decided to go,
people like me are in the retired market and a bit oddball in the mainstream insurance I guess.Saga and Aviva work every time!!!!
