Plus comparing 5 or 6 days of March with 28 days of quotes for February isn't a comparison at all, as it is skewed.

    yes a top tip for 2-morrow .

We could have a big sit in & down tools , I might even cut the lawn in the morning and not log on for 3hrs

Off note do you think it's to early to cut the lawn ? Also they are saying it could be a nice warm spring day Saturday

Like all its about saving money to help all the members out . I wish I could say they are giving away petrol for free today at every tesco ( that would be nice )

But if I said 6days ago or February you paid £50 to much on that loaf of bread from tesco as I got it £50 cheaper today ( 5 days later )
I think everybody who read that would be cheesed off but that's just my opinion

Anyway if iam wrong iam wrong as I always tell the wife I just make the tea & sweep up

I think it would be fine to cut the lawn this weekend, I thought about doing mine today but didn't get time with making cups of tea for the wife, doing chores and keeping the kids separate so they didn't cause havoc..... Oh well, enjoy your weekend...

I have a good write up to do about my smax horn packing up and what I found and how I sorted it - but I'm not doing it now as part of the planned walk out/ down tools tomorrow.

Octywagons title needs to be the "union rep". JM (aka "bad boy") & I both have one so its only fair what with his show of defiance. Talking of titles, I have a sweet deal hopefully coming off sunday, will expand on it if it works out. It could also benefit an S-Max member too :-)

Right then chaps I'm now in a very tricky position on this thread.

Firstly Chris Knott Insurance have our agreement to make posts on the club forum and if they say they are cheaper than last month then who are we to say that this isn't so? Whether you personally agree or not is not a club matter and we all have experiences with insurance brokers both positive and negative.

I've always regarded SMAXOC as being a positive environment. We have avoided trolling and other negative behaviour and I intend to keep it that way.

I am not going to censor this thread either. I did ask Jason to voluntarily take down his comments and he has chosen not to do so. So be it.

But I am going to close the thread to further comments as I don't think that additional posts will help the situation.

CKI provide the club with financial reward for those members who use the insurance scheme and as such this helps us to keep costs down. If you all want to see membership fees rise then I will resist other commercial involvement in the site and then look at how to raise the necessary cash to keep this all running.

I believe the best synonym here is "don't bite the hand that feeds you"
