@SMAXownersclub on TwitterSo with less than 30 days notice and no Public Information campaign at all (that SMAXOC are aware of at least), the DVLA have introduced some rather sweeping changes to all UK driving licences as of 19th of January 2013. Those of the S-MAX Towing fraternity please take note particularly if you were granted your licence after 1997.
