We have 10 vehicle passes and 16 adult tickets priced at £18 each.
Entry to the club stand is from 06:00 until 08:30 latest. The organisers might force you to park in the public car park if you arrive after 08:30.
All adults in the car must show a ticket or pay £24. Up to two [2] accompanied under 14s are free, additional children are £5 each.
Anyone arriving without a vehicle pass will have to park in the public car park.
No replacement passes can be issued.
Passes must be hung from the rear-view mirror facing outwards [err, duh!] and you must display the pass for the during the whole event.
Can I now have confirmation please from everyone who wants to attend?
Additionally I will need payment via the PayPal system to smaxownersclub@me.com for the tickets [passes are free]. Please email me your PayPal receipt [paul@smaxownersclub.co.uk] and make sure you let me have your address. Tickets and vehicle passes will be sent out by recorded delivery, so if you're not at home during the day then please let me have an alternative [work?] address.
